What is a stack?
A stack is a set of our products sold together — Beginner, Advanced and Full Package, each one adding to the last. Buy it once for 10% off each product, or monthly for 15% off; you choose the flavors on the stack’s page. Stack pricing can’t be combined with a promo code. A monthly stack renews every month until you cancel it from your account. There is no skip or pause option; to change its products or flavors, cancel and start a new one.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose "Subscribe & Save" on any product to save 10% and have it renew and ship every month, or choose a monthly stack for 15% off each product in it. You can cancel any time from your account — no fees — and it stops before your next renewal.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open Subscriptions in your account and choose Manage subscription on the plan: that is where you cancel it or update its card. Cancelling stops the next renewal — the plan stays active to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further renewal is charged. If a renewal payment has already failed, cancel and then contact us, and we will make sure it is not tried again. There is no skip or pause option; if you want a break, cancel and start a new plan (Subscribe & Save or a monthly stack) when you are ready. There are no fees and no phone calls, and cancelling never affects an order you have already received. If a renewal has already gone through and you would rather it had not, contact us and we will help.
