Drops & Liquids
Liquids are the measure-it-yourself format: a dropper delivers the serving, nothing needs swallowing whole, and doses can be taken with water or directly. Everything on this small shelf is an ingestible drop.

When a liquid makes sense
A liquid’s dropper is its point: servings are easy to take, easy to split, and easy on anyone who dislikes capsules. There is no capsule or tablet to break down first. The trade-off is ceremony — a dropper bottle lives at home on a shelf, where strips and capsules travel in a pocket.
Read a liquid’s label the way you would any other format: the serving size in milliliters, the amounts per serving, and the servings per bottle are all printed on the label — and every product page here lists the amounts per serving before you buy.
Drops & Liquids, answered
Are liquid supplements better absorbed than capsules?
We don’t claim they are. A liquid has no capsule to dissolve first, but we make no claim that a drop absorbs better than a capsule — so choose the format you will take consistently.
How do I measure a dose from a dropper?
Each product’s serving is printed on its label in milliliters, and the dropper is marked. Fill to the mark, take with or without water as the label directs, and store the bottle as instructed.
