What you get in every dropper

  • 150mg reishi mushroom extract
  • 50mg Proprietary Mushroom Immune Complex — chaga, reishi, maitake, shiitake and turkey tail
  • A serving is 1ml, which is one full dropper, about 30 drops
  • 30 servings in a 1 fl oz (30ml) bottle — a month at one a day
  • Glycerin and purified water make the base, not alcohol
  • Stevia is the only sweetener
  • Vegan, gluten free and non-GMO

The panel marks Daily Value not established beside both rows, so the amounts above are the whole story — 150mg and 50mg, per dropper.

About reishi

Reishi is Ganoderma lucidum, and it doesn't look like a mushroom most people would recognize. It grows as a shelf off hardwood stumps and trunks — kidney- or fan-shaped, with a hard, glossy surface that looks varnished, banded in rust, mahogany and cream toward the rim. It's woody rather than fleshy, and far too tough to cook with, which is why it has essentially always been prepared as a decoction, a tea or an extract rather than eaten. That's the tradition this bottle sits in: 150mg of reishi extract, concentrated rather than simply dried and milled, and the largest single amount on the panel.

Reishi is bitter. That's not a flaw in the batch — it's the character of the mushroom, and it's the reason the bottle carries natural flavoring and stevia.

The complex behind it

The second row is a 50mg proprietary blend of five mushrooms, listed together rather than split into individual amounts. Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is the blackened, charcoal-looking growth that erupts from birch trunks. Reishi appears again here, alongside the lead extract. Maitake is hen of the woods, the big frilled cluster that grows at the base of oaks and is common enough to buy fresh. Shiitake is the everyday brown-capped cooking mushroom. Turkey tail (Trametes versicolor) is the thin, banded bracket that fans across fallen logs in overlapping rings.

Why drops instead of capsules or powder

Reishi is usually sold as capsules or as a powder for tea, and both have their friction — capsules to swallow, powder that clumps or has to steep. A dropper avoids both. The glycerin base is thick and faintly sweet, so it's easy taken straight, and it disperses properly into hot or cold drinks. The pipette is marked at 1ml, so you can see the dose instead of counting. Beyond the mushrooms, the bottle holds glycerin, purified water, natural flavoring, stevia as the sweetener, and potassium sorbate and nisin to keep it stable. Shake before each use — extract settles toward the bottom.

Who it's for

Anyone looking for a reishi supplement specifically, rather than a general mushroom blend — this is the one where reishi is the headline at 150mg. People who'd rather wind down a day with a few drops in tea than take another capsule. Vegans, anyone avoiding gluten, and anyone who doesn't want an alcohol-based tincture.
