What you get in every scoop
- 18g protein (36% DV) from whey protein isolate — isolate is whey filtered further than concentrate, so more of what's left is protein

- 2g total carbohydrate (<1% DV), including 1g dietary fiber (3% DV) and 1g total sugars

Why whey isolate
Whey protein concentrate usually lands somewhere around 80% protein by weight. Isolate goes through additional filtration, which strips away more of the fat and lactose and leaves a higher proportion of protein per gram. That's why a scoop here is 25g of powder carrying 18g of protein, only 1g of fat and 2g of carbohydrate, and why people who find regular whey heavy often get on better with an isolate.
Whey is a complete protein — it supplies all nine essential amino acids, the ones your body can't make on its own and has to get from food. The calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and potassium on the panel aren't added minerals; they come along with the dairy the whey was made from.
A three-ingredient list
Most chocolate protein powders run to a dozen lines. This one is whey protein isolate, natural flavors and stevia extract (leaf) — that's the whole list. No gum, no sugar alcohol, no artificial sweetener, and the chocolate comes from the natural flavors rather than from cocoa powder or a sweetened cocoa base. The panel reads 1g of total sugars.
How it tastes and mixes
Straightforward chocolate, sweet from stevia rather than sugar, and light on the tongue the way an isolate tends to be. One scoop in 6-8 oz of water shakes smooth in a bottle without a blender ball fighting for it; in milk or oat milk it thickens up and drinks more like a dessert. Cold water, then powder, then shake is the order that clumps least.
Who it's for
Anyone rebuilding after a hard session, filling a protein gap on a busy day, or looking for a chocolate protein shake that isn't carrying sugar. At 2g of carbohydrate a serving it fits low-carb eating without much arithmetic, and the short ingredient list suits anyone who reads the back of the pack before the front.
How to use it
As a dietary supplement, adults mix one (1) scoop with 6-8 oz (177-237ml) of water or favorite beverage daily. For best results, take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz (237ml) of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
