Fruit & Vegetable Blend Capsules
Fruit & Vegetable Blend Capsules is a 600 mg blend of ten fruits and vegetables in a two-capsule serving — dried, milled and packed into capsules rather than a tub of powder. Sixty capsules, thirty servings, and an ingredient list short enough to read end to end: apple, carrot, beet, blueberry, garlic, ginger, raspberry, red bell pepper, strawberry and tomato.
- Non-GMO
- Allergen-Free

What you get in every serving
- 600 mg Fruit & Veggie Blend per 2-capsule serving
- Ten components: Apple Fiber Powder (Malus pumila, fruit), Carrot Powder (whole carrot), Beet Root Powder (Beta vulgaris, root), Blueberry Powder (fruit), Garlic Powder (bulb), Ginger Powder (root), Raspberry Powder (fruit), Red Bell Pepper Powder (fruit), Strawberry Juice Powder (fruit), Tomato Extract (Lycopersicon esculentum, fruit)
- 2 capsules per serving, 30 servings per bottle, 60 capsules
- Non-GMO, and the label carries an allergen-free badge
- The panel gives one figure — 600 mg for the blend as a whole — and lists the ten components in it without a separate amount for each. No Daily Value is established for the blend.
What's actually in the blend
Seven of the ten are whole food powders: the vegetable or fruit itself, dried and ground. Carrot powder is made from the whole carrot. Beet root powder is the root, which is where the deep red comes from. Blueberry, raspberry and red bell pepper are all the fruit; ginger is the root and garlic is the bulb.
The other three aren't whole powders, and the panel says so plainly, which is the part worth reading. Apple fiber powder is a fraction of the apple — the fiber, not the whole fruit. Strawberry juice powder is juice that's been dried. Tomato extract is an extract, concentrated from the fruit rather than milled from it. That's four different processing routes in one blend, and the label names each one.
A note on what it is and isn't
600 mg is a little over half a gram — this is a concentrated blend of ten plants, not a stand-in for a plate of food. We'd rather say that than let the bottle imply otherwise. It's for the weeks when produce doesn't make it into the shopping, or the trips where every meal is eaten out.
How it's taken
Two capsules daily with 6-8 oz of water. There's nothing to blend, nothing to flavour and nothing to clean afterwards, which is most of the argument for a capsule over a greens powder. The shell is gelatin and the filler is brown rice flour, so this one isn't vegetarian — worth knowing if that's a line you hold.
Who it's for
People who travel, eat on the road, or simply don't get through much produce in a normal week. People who've tried a greens drink and didn't finish the tub. And anyone who wants their fruit and veg supplement to be a short list of recognisable plants rather than a long one full of names they'd have to look up.
How to use it
As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) capsules daily. For best results, take with 6-8 oz (177-237ml) of water or as directed by healthcare professional.
Other ingredients
Gelatin (capsule), Brown Rice Flour.
