Inside the polyphenol blend
At 2,000 mg it's the largest amount on the panel. Eleven powders and extracts: beet root powder (Beta vulgaris, root), strawberry juice powder (fruit), hibiscus powder (flower), raspberry powder (fruit), black currant powder (fruit), acai juice powder (fruit), blueberry extract (berry), cranberry powder (Vaccinium macrocarpon L., fruit), grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera, seed), African mango extract (Irvingia gabonensis, seed) and pomegranate powder (fruit).
The panel calls that group of eleven the Polyphenol Blend. Because it's a blend, the panel prints one 2,000 mg total rather than a figure per ingredient, and that total is the only number we'll quote for it.
Fiber and the probiotic
The 700 mg Digestive Blend is oat fiber powder and inulin from Helianthus tuberosus root. Inulin is a soluble plant fiber, and Helianthus tuberosus is the Jerusalem artichoke.
The 9 Strain Probiotic row is 100 mg, which the panel puts at 3.2 Billion live colony forming units (CFU) at the time of manufacture. Six of the nine are Lactobacillus — L. Salivarius, L. Acidophilus, L. Plantarum, L. Rhamnosus, L. Fermentum and L. Reuteri — and three are Bifidobacterium: B. Lactis, B. Bifidum and B. Longum.
The metabolic blend
400 mg of seven ingredients: cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia, bark); green tea powder (leaf); ginger powder (root); turmeric powder (root); shilajit extract (Asphaltum punjabianum, gum and resin); bitter melon extract (Momordica charantia Linn., fruit); and black pepper extract (fruit).
How it tastes and mixes
The panel doesn't name a flavor. The other ingredients are maltodextrin, natural flavors, citric acid and stevia extract (leaf). One scoop goes into 6-8 ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage.
Who it's for
Anyone who'd rather drink eleven fruit, root, flower and seed powders and extracts than shop for them one at a time, or who wants a reds powder rather than a greens one. At 10 calories and 4 g a scoop it travels easily.
How to use it
As a dietary supplement, adults use one (1) scoop of powder in 6-8 ounces (177-237 ml) of cold water or favorite beverage once daily. Consume within 10 minutes of mixing.
What's in it
Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Stevia Extract (leaf).
