What you get in every serving

  • 1,000 mg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Powder (fruit)
  • 200 mg Inulin (Helianthus tuberosus) (jerusalem artichoke root)
  • 100 mg DigeZyme®
  • 10 mg Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85, stated on the panel as 1 Billion CFU
  • That CFU figure is counted at the time of manufacture — that's exactly what the panel's *** footnote says
  • Daily Value is not established for any of the four, so the panel marks each one **
  • Vegan, gluten free, non-GMO
  • An HPMC vegetable capsule, so there's no gelatin in it

Apple cider vinegar, in powder form

Apple cider vinegar is what fermented apple juice becomes — sharp enough to smell across a kitchen. The powder in these capsules is that vinegar in dried form, so it can be capped instead of poured, and the panel lists it as a fruit-sourced powder at 1,000 mg per serving.

If you've tried drinking ACV, you already know where it falls apart: the taste. Capsules skip it entirely. The other quiet advantage is that the amount is identical every single day, which a splash into a glass of water never quite is.

The other three

Inulin is a soluble fiber, and this one comes from jerusalem artichoke root, the knobbly tuber also sold as sunchoke. It's here at 200 mg.

DigeZyme® is a branded, trademarked ingredient listed on the Supplement Facts panel by name at 100 mg. The panel doesn't break it into parts, so neither will we.

Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85 is a specific, numbered bacterial strain. Strain identity is why the panel writes LA85 rather than just "acidophilus": the number is the address, not decoration. It appears at 10 mg, stated as 1 Billion CFU at the time of manufacture.

How it's taken

Two small capsules, once a day, with a glass of water. No flavour to get past, no fizz, nothing to shake. Store the bottle the way the label asks — cool and dry, so a cupboard rather than a sunny sill or a steamy bathroom shelf.

Who it's for

Anyone who wants apple cider vinegar in their day without the bottle, the smell and the wincing. Anyone who'd rather have ACV, a soluble fiber and a named probiotic strain in one capsule than three separate jars crowding the counter. And because it's vegan, gluten free and capped in HPMC rather than gelatin, it fits plant-based eating without a workaround.

How to use it

As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) capsules daily. For best results, take with 6-8 oz (177-237ml) of water or as directed by healthcare professional.

What's in it

HPMC (vegetable capsule), Brown Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate, Olive Oil, Silicon Dioxide.

60 capsules · 30 servings · Serving size 2 capsules
