The three numbers on the front
Caffeine is a stimulant, and what matters on a pre-workout label is whether the amount is printed. Here it is: 175mg, on its own row rather than folded into a blend. If you already drink coffee, that's a figure you can plan around.
Beta alanine is a non-essential amino acid — one the body makes for itself rather than having to get from food. It's the ingredient most often associated with the tingling skin sensation some pre-workouts produce, called paresthesia. At 750mg it gets its own line too.
L-arginine alpha ketoglutarate — AAKG on most labels — takes the largest row at 1500mg, and dicreatine malate matches it at 1500mg. Both are printed as their own rows rather than gathered into a blend total, which is the whole point of reading this panel.
The 550mg matrix
The panel gives one number, 550mg, to a group it names the Energy / Endurance / Focus Matrix, then lists what's inside: L-taurine and L-tyrosine (both amino acids), betaine anhydrous, waxy maize, L-citrulline malate, glycocyamine and glucuronolactone. Being straight about it — 550mg is the total for all seven together, so individual amounts aren't broken out the way the rows above them are.
How it tastes and mixes
Fruit punch, sharpened with citric acid and sweetened with sucralose, over a maltodextrin and dextrose base. Silicon dioxide keeps the powder loose instead of caking. One scoop stirs into 6-8 ounces of cold water without much work.
Who it's for
Anyone who'd rather know exactly how much caffeine and beta alanine they're taking than read a blend total. It's gluten free and lactose free, and the label prints an allergen free claim. Start with one scoop — the directions build tolerance testing in deliberately.
How to use it
Mix 1 or 2 scoops in 6-8 ounces (177-237ml) of cold beverage. Assess tolerance by taking 1 scoop. If well tolerated, take 1 to 2 scoops 30 minutes before the workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops daily.
What's in it
Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Fruit Punch Flavor, Dextrose, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide.

Caution: Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a physician if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
NIH upper limit: The label allows up to 2 scoops a day. At that maximum this gives 40 mg of niacin a day. The NIH upper limit for adults is 35 mg a day from dietary supplements. Ask a healthcare provider before taking that much.
