5g Creatine & Electrolyte Powder

5g Creatine & Electrolyte Powder is a creatine monohydrate drink mix built around one number: 5,000 mg of creatine in every scoop. Alongside it sit three minerals — sodium, potassium and magnesium — so the scoop that carries your creatine is the same scoop that carries your electrolytes. One scoop, 6-8 oz of water, thirty servings to the tub.

Why creatine monohydrate

Creatine is a compound the body already makes and also takes in from food. Creatine monohydrate is the plainest form of it — a creatine molecule bound to a single molecule of water, which is exactly what "monohydrate" means. It's the only form in this tub, and the panel names it outright.

There's no proprietary blend hiding the amount. The panel prints 5,000 mg and puts *** beside it, and that footnote means a Daily Value hasn't been established for creatine — not that the amount is vague.

Why the electrolytes

Electrolytes are minerals that carry an electrical charge once they're dissolved in water. That's the whole definition, and this powder names three of them together with the exact salt each one comes from:

  • Sodium, from sea salt, at 1,000 mg — by some distance the biggest mineral figure on the panel at 43% of the Daily Value
  • Potassium, from potassium chloride, at 200 mg (4% DV)
  • Magnesium, bound as the malate salt, at 60 mg (14% DV)

Creatine powders and electrolyte powders are usually two separate tubs and two separate scoops. This is one tub with both panels' worth of ingredients in a single 10 g scoop.

How it tastes and mixes

The rest of the ingredient list is short: natural flavors, stevia extract (leaf), and silicon dioxide, which is the anti-caking agent that keeps the powder loose instead of setting into a brick halfway down the tub. No sugar alcohols and no artificial sweeteners appear on the ingredient list — the stevia does the sweetening on its own. With 1,000 mg of sodium in the scoop, from sea salt, there's a savoury edge under that sweetness; that's the salt, and it's meant to be there. Stir or shake one scoop into 6-8 oz of cold water and drink it.

Who it's for

Anyone already taking creatine who'd rather not run two products side by side. Anyone training hard or sweating a lot who wants their minerals measured rather than guessed. And anyone starting creatine for the first time who wants the straightforward monohydrate form at a full 5,000 mg a scoop, with nothing else to weigh or measure. Thirty servings is a month at one scoop a day.

How to use it

As a dietary supplement, adults mix one (1) scoop with 6-8 oz (177-237ml) of water or favorite beverage daily.

What's in it

Natural Flavors, Stevia Extract (Leaf), Silicon Dioxide.
