GABA, L-Tyrosine & Caffeine Capsules
GABA, L-Tyrosine & Caffeine Capsules is a focus and cognitive support formula built around a 255 mg proprietary blend, in a one-capsule serving taken once a day. Thirty capsules to a bottle, thirty servings, and eight ingredients in that blend rather than a single headline act — with two B vitamins listed beside it on the panel.

What you get in every capsule
- 255 mg proprietary blend — GABA, L-tyrosine, caffeine, Bacopa monnieri extract, phosphatidylserine, Alpha GPC, L-theanine and Huperzine A
- Niacin (as niacinamide) — 8 mg NE, 50% of the Daily Value
- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 5 mg, 290% of the Daily Value
- 1 capsule per serving, 30 servings per bottle
- Non-GMO
- It's a proprietary blend, so the panel gives the 255 mg total and names the eight components without breaking out an amount for each. No Daily Value is established for the blend.
What's in the blend
GABA is gamma-aminobutyric acid, an amino acid the body makes on its own and one that also turns up in fermented foods. L-tyrosine is another amino acid — the one the body draws on to build its catecholamines — and it's found in cheese, soy and most protein-rich foods. L-theanine is an amino acid found almost exclusively in tea leaves, which is why it so often shows up in the same formula as caffeine.
Caffeine here is the same compound you get from coffee, tea and cocoa. Because it sits inside a proprietary blend, the panel doesn't state how many milligrams a capsule carries, so it's sensible to count this capsule as part of your day's caffeine rather than on top of it.
Bacopa monnieri extract is made from the whole herb — a low, creeping marsh plant grown for centuries in India, where it's known as brahmi. Phosphatidylserine 20% is a phospholipid, one of the fats that make up cell membranes; this one is sourced from sunflower rather than soy. Alpha GPC powder is alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, a choline-carrying compound. Huperzine A 1% is concentrated from Huperzia serrata, the Chinese club moss, again from the whole herb.
The two vitamins
Niacin appears as niacinamide, the amide form of vitamin B3, at 8 mg NE — 8 milligrams of niacin equivalents, which is half the Daily Value. Vitamin B6 is present as pyridoxine hydrochloride at 5 mg, or 290% of the Daily Value. Both are water-soluble B vitamins, the kind the body doesn't hold onto in any quantity.
How it's taken
One capsule, once a day, with 6-8 oz of water. There's no flavour and nothing to mix — the whole point of the capsule format. The shell is gelatin and the filler is brown rice flour, so this one isn't vegetarian.
Who it's for
Anyone who'd rather take one daily capsule than line up eight separate bottles, and who's comfortable with caffeine in the mix. Because caffeine is in the blend, it suits a morning or early-afternoon routine better than a late one, and it isn't the right pick if you're avoiding stimulants.
How to use it
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily. For best results, take with 6-8 oz (177-237ml) of water or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Other ingredients
Gelatin (capsule), Brown Rice Flour.
