Tribulus, Zinc & Magnesium Capsules

Tribulus, Zinc & Magnesium Capsules is a nine-row men's formula taken at bedtime, built on 750mg of tribulus terrestris fruit with 200mg of magnesium and 30mg of zinc beside it, and six more botanicals behind those. The two minerals

Zinc and magnesium are the only rows here with a percentage next to them, because they're the only two with an established Daily Value. Zinc is 30mg, which the panel puts at 273% DV. Magnesium is 200mg, at 48%. Both are the oxide forms, named on the panel so you know which form you're getting and not just which element.

Every other row on the panel is botanical, and each carries a double asterisk: Daily Value not established.

The headline botanical

Tribulus terrestris is a low, spreading plant in the caltrop family, also known as puncture vine. The panel specifies the fruit. At 750mg it's the largest single amount printed here, and the reason the product leads with its name.

The six supporting botanicals

Chrysin is a flavone, a plant-pigment compound, taken here from the seed of Oroxylum indicum, the Indian trumpet tree — 75 mg.

Horny goat weed is Epimedium sagittatum, a shade-loving perennial; the aerial parts — stems, leaves and flowers — 50 mg.

Longjack is Eurycoma longifolia, the Southeast Asian shrub also sold as tongkat ali; the root — 50 mg.

Saw palmetto is Serenoa repens, a low fan palm of the southeastern United States; the berries — 50 mg.

Hawthorn is Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge, a small thorny tree in the rose family; the berries — 50 mg.

Cissus quadrangularis is a climbing vine with squared-off stems, the part the panel names — 50 mg.

How it's taken

Three capsules before bedtime. That's the entire instruction — no timing around meals, nothing to mix, no flavor. Three at a time is why the bottle holds ninety capsules and counts thirty servings: a full serving every night for a month.

The shell is hypromellose, plant cellulose rather than gelatin. Rice flour fills the capsule and vegetable magnesium stearate keeps the powder flowing — three other ingredients, all plant-derived.

Who it's for

Men who want tribulus, zinc and magnesium in one bottle instead of three, at doses printed on the panel rather than buried in a blend. Anyone who'd rather take a men's capsule at night than another pill in the morning. And anyone keeping a vegan or vegetarian routine.

Not for use if pregnant or lactating; under 18 or with a medical condition, consult a physician first — see below.

How to use it

Take three (3) capsules before bedtime.

Other ingredients

Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable).
