Daily Value isn't established for the bilberry, the eyebright or the lutein, so those three rows print milligrams only.
The botanicals
Bilberry is a small, dark, wild-growing berry — a close cousin of the blueberry, and the fruit this formula is named for. What's in here is bilberry powder, not a concentrated extract: the fruit itself, dried and milled, at 200mg per serving.
Eyebright is listed as a 10:1 extract of the whole herb, at 10mg. That ratio is the useful detail — 10:1 means roughly ten parts of raw dried herb were concentrated down into one part of finished extract, which is why the milligram figure next to it looks small compared with the bilberry.
Lutein is a carotenoid, one of the yellow-orange plant pigments in the same broad family as beta-carotene. This one is sourced from the flower of Tagetes erecta, the marigold. The panel lists it as Lutein 5% and the amount column reads 2 mg.
The vitamins and minerals
Vitamin C appears as ascorbic acid — the plain, well-studied form — at 500mg, which the panel puts at 560% of the Daily Value.
Vitamin E is here as d-alpha tocopherol acetate at 30mg, 200% DV. The "d-" prefix is worth reading: it marks the naturally sourced form of the molecule, as opposed to the synthetic "dl-" version.
Zinc is zinc citrate, meaning zinc bound to citric acid, at 80mg — 730% DV. Copper sits directly beneath it on the panel as copper gluconate, 0.9mg, exactly 100% DV.
Those are high Daily Value percentages, and they're printed here in full rather than buried. Take the serving as it's written and don't exceed it — that's what the caution below is for.
How it's taken
Two capsules. No flavor, no powder, nothing to mix. The shell is gelatin and the only other ingredient is brown rice flour, so what you swallow is essentially the panel and nothing else. Sixty capsules means thirty days.
Who it's for
People who spend most of the working day looking at screens and want a single daily capsule rather than a shelf of separate bottles. Anyone who's been comparing a bilberry supplement against a lutein supplement and would rather have both, plus the vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and copper, in one place.
If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a medical condition, the label says to consult a physician first — read the caution below.

As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) capsules daily. For best results, take with 6-8 oz (177-237ml) of water or as directed by healthcare professional.
