What alpha-GPC is
Alpha-GPC is short for L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, one of the concentrated choline compounds you'll find on a supplement panel. There's 300 mg in a 2-scoop serving, printed as its own row rather than tucked inside a blend.
The rest of the panel
L-arginine HCl, at 1,000 mg, is the biggest number here — an amino acid in its hydrochloride salt form, the form used to keep it stable and water-soluble in a powder. Inositol, at 600 mg, is a carbohydrate compound, a cyclic polyol.
Caffeine at 200 mg comes from green tea, as the panel spells out, and L-theanine at 100 mg is the amino acid associated with tea — 100 mg of theanine against 200 mg of caffeine. Asian ginseng extract sits at 50 mg; ginseng is one of the oldest plants in traditional herbal practice. Black pepper extract sits at 5 mg, an extract of the same peppercorn that's already in your grinder.
Every one of those seven carries *** on the panel, meaning no Daily Value has been established for them. The B vitamins do have one, and all seven land at 33% of it.
How it tastes and mixes
Sour candy, and the ingredient list backs it up: citric acid is listed first, ahead of everything else, which is where the pucker comes from. Sucralose brings the sweet side, natural and artificial flavour does the candy part, polydextrose gives the powder body, calcium silicate keeps it loose, and vegetable juice powder supplies the colour. At a full 16 fl oz it sips over a stretch of work rather than disappearing in one go.
Who it's for
Students, coders, drivers, gamers — anyone facing a long stretch of desk work who'd rather take their caffeine as a measured 200 mg with L-theanine alongside it, and anyone curious about Alpha-GPC who wants it at a printed 300 mg rather than inside a blend. Gluten free and vegetarian. Not for anyone sensitive to caffeine — what's in it counts toward the day's total.
How to use it
Mix 2 scoops (7.5 g) with 16 fl oz (480 ml) of water or adjust to taste.
What's in it
Citric Acid, Polydextrose, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Sucralose, Calcium Silicate, Vegetable Juice Powder (for color).

FDA caffeine figure: The label allows up to 5 scoops a day. At that maximum this gives 500 mg of caffeine a day. For most adults, the FDA cites 400 mg of caffeine a day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects. Ask a healthcare provider before taking that much.
