Mushroom Gummies
Mushroom Gummies put 250 mg of a ten-mushroom extract blend into two raspberry gummies — and every one of those ten is a fruiting body extract at a 10:1 ratio, not a mycelium powder. Sixty gummies to a jar, thirty servings, vegan and vegetarian. The label calls it a 10-Mushroom Fruiting Body Extract Blend.*

WHAT "FRUITING BODY 10:1 EXTRACT" ACTUALLY MEANS
Two phrases on this panel are what separate mushroom supplements from each other.
Fruiting body is the mushroom itself — the cap and stem you'd recognise in a forest or a produce aisle. The alternative most of the category uses is mycelium, the root-like network the fungus grows through its substrate, usually harvested with the grain it grew on. All ten extracts here are specified as fruiting body.
10:1 is the extract ratio: ten parts raw mushroom concentrated into one part finished extract, printed against all ten rows.
One honest note. The 250 mg is the blend total for a two-gummy serving, and the panel doesn't break out how much of each of the ten is in there — so nobody, us included, can tell you the milligrams of lion's mane. The form, the ratio and the total are what the panel gives, and that's what's on this page.
The ten
The kitchen mushrooms come first: maitake (hen of the woods), shiitake, and white button — Agaricus bisporus, the species also sold as cremini and portobello. Black fungus, Auricularia auricula-judae, is the dark ear-shaped fungus in hot and sour soup. Royal sun mushroom, Agaricus subrufescens, is a close relative of the button, grown mainly in Brazil and Japan.
Then the woody ones, the mushrooms nobody sautés. Reishi is the lacquered bracket fungus that grows on hardwood. Chaga is the black, charred-looking mass on birch trunks. Turkey tails are the thin banded fans that grow in tiers on fallen logs. Lion's mane, Hericium erinaceus, hangs in cascading white spines. Cordyceps is the club-shaped fungus of high-altitude grassland. As extracts, all five arrive here as a gummy instead of a bitter tea.
How it tastes
Raspberry, with citric acid for tartness. No mushroom comes through — rather the point of a 250 mg blend in a fruit gummy. Set with pectin rather than gelatin, which is what keeps it vegan. The only colouring on the list is purple carrot juice concentrate — no synthetic dye — and the list closes with palm oil containing carnauba wax. Glucose syrup, sugar and dextrose sweeten it, at 5 g of sugar per serving.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants a broad mushroom blend without brewing anything, measuring a powder or swallowing capsules — or who'd rather have ten fruiting body extracts in one jar than buy lion's mane, reishi and chaga separately. It's vegan, it's vegetarian, and the jar carries no allergen line at all.
How to use it
2 gummies daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
What's in it
glucose syrup, sugar, dextrose, pectin, citric acid, natural raspberry flavor, sodium citrate, purple carrot juice concentrate, and palm oil (contains carnauba wax).
