What you get in every serving

  • Raspberry Ketone (98%)
  • Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) (leaf) — 98% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 45% EGCG, 6% caffeine

  • Garcinia Cambogia (fruit), 50% extract
  • Serving size is one (1) capsule — 60 capsules per bottle, 60 servings
  • Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free
  • One other ingredient on the whole label: the capsule itself

One thing to be straight about: all five ingredients sit inside the 650 mg Keto Blend, and the panel prints that single total rather than a figure for each. We're not going to invent the split. What the label does give you is the standardization on every one of them.

The raspberry ketone

Raspberry ketone is the aroma compound that gives red raspberries their smell. Here it's supplied at 98%, meaning the raw material is 98% that compound rather than a crude fruit powder — and it's the ingredient this whole category takes its name from.

The green tea extract

Green tea is Camellia sinensis, the same leaf as black tea, processed without the oxidation step. This is the most heavily specified row on the panel: 98% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 45% EGCG and 6% caffeine.

Those figures nest inside each other: polyphenols are the broad family of plant compounds in the leaf, catechins are a subgroup of polyphenols, and EGCG — epigallocatechin gallate — is the single catechin green tea is best known for. That makes 45% EGCG the figure to compare green tea extracts on, and it's unusual to see it printed at all.

The other three

Green coffee bean is Coffee robusta seed — coffee that hasn't been roasted, which is the whole distinction — as a 50% extract. Garcinia cambogia is a small tropical fruit, sometimes sold as Malabar tamarind, also a 50% extract; the panel gives the ratio but not what it's standardized to, so we'll leave it there.

Caffeine anhydrous is the fifth. Anhydrous just means dried — caffeine with the water removed, in powder form. Between it and the green tea's own 6% caffeine, this is a caffeinated formula, and the label says so in capitals.

How it's taken

One capsule, twice a day, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with a full 8 oz glass of water. No taste, nothing to mix. The shell is cellulose — a vegetable capsule, which is what the vegan and vegetarian claims rest on — and it's the only other ingredient. The panel doesn't print a milligram figure for caffeine, so we can't tell you one; count it alongside whatever coffee or tea you already drink. Store it cool and dry.

Who it's for

Anyone shopping raspberry ketones, green tea extract, green coffee bean or garcinia cambogia who'd rather have all four on one panel than four bottles on a shelf, in a capsule that's vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. If you're sensitive to caffeine, this isn't the bottle for you.

How to use it

Take one (1) capsule twice a day as a dietary supplement. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal with an 8oz (237ml) glass of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

What's in it
